East County Mobile Physical Therapy was established to help people who cannot leave their home to go to physical therapy appointments. Our physical therapists come to you. We work alongside your doctors and health team to meet your goals and promote physical strength and healing. 

At your first intake appointment, you will work alongside a doctor of physical therapy to address concerns and goals. From here, our plan will be to make an obtainable goal with tangible dates to reassess your healing process. We will always leave you with a customized home exercise program that will support your recovery along the way. At every appointment, our dedicated physical therapist will encourage you and assess ways towards meeting your desired goal.
